Shipping & delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive your tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are often quicker, while remote pin codes can take a little longer. Shipping is free on all orders.
Do you deliver across India?
We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery to your area.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Cash on delivery & payments
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery (COD) is available on most pin codes. Just choose COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives.
Is there an extra charge for COD?
No. Cash on delivery is free on all orders, with no extra charge.
Will you confirm my COD order?
We may call or message you to confirm your COD order before it is dispatched. Please keep your phone handy so your order isn’t delayed.
Which online payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely at checkout with UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking and popular wallets.
Exchanges & returns
What is your exchange policy?
If something doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size or item you’d like instead. We’ll share the next steps and arrange the pickup or return.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer exchanges only, not refunds, for fit or change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll replace it, or give you a full refund if a replacement isn't available. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry! Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Sizing & fit
What sizes do you offer?
Our styles come in sizes M, L and XL. The sizes in stock are shown on each product page.
How do I find my size?
Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with our size guide. Some product pages also include fit notes for that style.
I’m between two sizes. Which should I choose?
For a relaxed, comfortable fit we suggest the larger size. If you prefer a closer fit, go with the smaller one.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
No problem – you can exchange it for another size within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
